This page explains what data Gravity Servers collects through this site, why, where it is stored and what you can ask me to do with it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Gravity Servers is an independent Discord setup service run from Trento, Italy. For anything about your data, email gravityservershq@gmail.com. I answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What I collect, and why

The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before or during a contract) and, for published reviews, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
I don't sell your data, I don't use it for advertising and I don't add you to any mailing list.
Where it is stored
- Supabase (database, EU server in Ireland) stores what you send through the forms.
- Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
- Resend sends me an email notification with the content of a form when you send it.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) counts visits and which pages are used. See Cookies below.
The fonts are stored on this site itself, so opening a page does not send your IP address to Google.
How long I keep it
Audit and order requests are deleted 12 months after the last contact with you. Published reviews stay online until you ask me to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct, delete or hand over the data I hold about you, or to stop using it. Just email gravityservershq@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. The only optional ones come from Google Analytics, which I use to see how many people visit, which pages they read and whether they get to the order page. It only starts after you click "Accept" on the banner. If you click "Reject", nothing is loaded.

IP addresses are anonymised. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your choice is saved in your browser (not in a cookie) so the banner doesn't come back on every page. You can change it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
