These are the terms for ordering a Discord server setup from Gravity Servers. Short version: you get what you picked, you pay when it's done (first clients) or half before and half after, and you can ask for changes for a set number of days.

The service

Gravity Servers builds and reorganises Discord servers: channels, categories, roles, permissions, rules, onboarding, bots and messages, as described in the package you choose in the prices section. What gets built is what you choose on the order page. Anything you leave to me is built following my standard setup.

Gravity Servers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Discord Inc.

Access to your server

You give access by adding my Gravity Servers Discord account to your server with the permissions the work needs. I will never ask for your password, and you should never give it to anyone. You can remove the access as soon as the work is done. I don't delete existing channels or messages unless you ask me to in writing.

Prices and payment

• Prices are those shown on the site when you order: Fix €20, Launch €35, Full Gravity €60.
• The first 3 clients pay the full amount only when the server is delivered. From the 4th client on, 50% is paid before the work starts and 50% on delivery.
• Payment is by card through Stripe, or by another method agreed in writing. Payment details are only shared in private messages.
• If you move from Fix to Full Gravity within 30 days, what you paid for Fix is subtracted from the price.

Delivery and changes

• Delivery is usually within 48 hours from when I have access and your choices. If something delays it, I tell you.
• Fix and Launch include 7 days of free changes after delivery. Full Gravity includes 30 days. After that, changes are paid.
• If the result is not what you pictured, I rebuild it for free within the changes period.

Free builds in exchange for promotion

Sometimes I offer a free build in exchange for a mention. The deal is written in the message where I offer it. If you don't like the result, you don't owe the mention, the review or anything else.

Portfolio and reviews

I only show your server's before/after in my portfolio or posts with your permission. Reviews are published as written, and you can ask to have yours removed at any time.

What I don't build

I refuse servers for NSFW content, scams, selling accounts, fake followers or engagement, or anything against Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Responsibility

You stay the owner of your server and responsible for what happens in it. I'm responsible for doing the work with care. I'm not responsible for changes made by Discord, by third-party bots or by other people with access to your server. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Law

These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep all the protections your local law gives you. Questions: gravityservershq@gmail.com.
